Authorities have arrested a soldier identified as Sudik following a violent altercation with a shoe trader, Abdulrahman Salisu, near the Obasanjo Shopping Complex in Minna. The incident occurred on Sallah day when Sudik allegedly attacked Abdulrahman with a cutlass, severing three of his fingers during a payment dispute.
