Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has once again presented the proposed 2025 budget to the Rivers State House of Assembly, despite its current reduced membership of four lawmakers. Governor Fubara presented the budget in a special session attended by the four current members of the House of Assembly, following the recent disruptions in the legislature.
