The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye has revealed how he met with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), following the purchase of a private Jet for the work of God.
While addressing the congregation at the Church Headquarters at Ebute Metta, Lagos on Sunday 8 January. The clergyman said he asked God what he needed to do now and God told him not to answer the EFCC, that God got him covered.
Papa Adeboye said, there was so much criticism from society, following the purchase of the private jet and they eventually sent EFCC to come and probe him on how he got money to purchase a private jet.
The clergyman said, he is not flying a jet for pleasure purposes but rather for the work of God which has expanded to the level where it will be difficult to use a commercial airplane.
