The head coach of the Flying Eagles of Nigeria Mr. Ladan Bosso has called up 35 players from the Foreign-based professional teams to join the Flying Eagles camp in Abuja next week ahead of the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Bosso said the foreign players will be in Abuja on Saturday for the second phase of their camping exercise while the local players are expected to be in Abuja on Monday for the exercise.
Among the foreign-based players that were invited are; Ibrahim Mohammed, Ahmed Abdulahi, Lekan Oyedele, Samson Lawal, and others.
The competition will start on 19 February and end on 11 March 2023. The Flying Eagles are drawn in Group A alongside host nation Egypt, Mozambique, and Senegal. The final 21-man squad will be submitted on 20 January.
