In a bold show of political solidarity, youths across Ebonyi State have officially declared their unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in the upcoming 2027 general elections.

The declaration was made during the inauguration of the Ebonyi chapter of the South-East Renewed Hope Agenda (SERHA), a socio-political movement championing the achievements and vision of the Tinubu administration. The event, held in Abakaliki, drew hundreds of young leaders, community stakeholders, and grassroots mobilizers from all 13 local government areas of the state.

Speaking at the event, SERHA National Coordinator, Mr. Belusochukwu Enwere, praised the President’s commitment to inclusive governance and national development. “President Tinubu has laid a solid foundation for economic revitalization and has shown courage, determination, and a clear vision in steering the country toward recovery and growth,” Enwere stated.

Highlighting key milestones such as the establishment of the South-East Development Commission (SEDC), Enwere emphasized that the President’s policies have begun to address long-standing challenges in the region. “This is an opportunity for the South-East to unite behind a leader who is delivering results,” he added.

Ebonyi State SERHA Coordinator, Mr. James Alaka, echoed the sentiment, assuring that the state’s youth are fully aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda. “We are proud of the President’s inclusive leadership and his historic appointment of Senator David Umahi as Minister of Works. Ebonyi stands ready to deliver in 2027,” Alaka affirmed.

The event also featured an empowerment session where over 1,000 beneficiaries received financial support and equipment, including sewing machines, motorcycles, and business grants—further underscoring the administration’s commitment to grassroots development.
