In a recent interview with ABC News, U.S. President Donald Trump described Israel’s military strikes on Iran as “excellent” and indicated that additional actions could be forthcoming.

The Israeli operation targeted nuclear facilities and military sites across Iran, reportedly causing significant damage. Trump stated, “I think it’s been excellent. We gave them a chance and they didn’t take it. They got hit hard, very hard. They got hit about as hard as you’re going to get hit. And there’s more to come. A lot more.”

The President emphasized that Iran had been given multiple opportunities to negotiate a nuclear deal but failed to do so. In a post on Truth Social, he reiterated, “Two months ago I gave Iran a 60-day ultimatum to ‘make a deal.’ They should have done it! Today is day 61 … Now they have, perhaps, a second chance!”

While Washington has officially stated that it was not involved in the operation, Iran has vowed a strong response to the attacks. Reports indicate that Iranian forces launched drones toward Israeli territory in retaliation, though Israeli defense systems intercepted most of them.
