Obasa Consoles Lagos APC Chairman Over Wife’s Death

The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, has expressed heartfelt condolences to the Chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Tunde Balogun, following the passing of his beloved wife.


In a statement released earlier today, Obasa described the late Mrs. Balogun as a compassionate and dedicated individual whose contributions to the well-being of the state and its people will be sorely missed. Obasa conveyed his deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, particularly Hon. Tunde Balogun, during this trying time.


“I am deeply saddened by the loss of Mrs. Balogun, a woman of remarkable grace and strength. Her passing is not only a personal loss to the Balogun family but to the entire Lagos State APC family and the state at large. On behalf of my family and the Lagos State House of Assembly, I offer my sincere condolences. May the soul of the departed rest in peace, and may God grant Hon. Tunde Balogun and the family the strength and comfort they need during this period of mourning,” Obasa stated.


The Speaker also reassured the Balogun family that the people of Lagos stand in solidarity with them, offering prayers for peace and divine strength during this difficult time.


The Lagos State APC Chairman, Hon. Tunde Balogun, had been a key figure in the state’s political landscape, known for his commitment to the party and his contributions to the growth and development of the state. His wife’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of many, and condolences have been pouring in from across the state and the nation.
