The Rivers State Government has officially responded to the recent High Court ruling that halted financial allocations to the state, asserting that the administration remains unfazed by the decision. In a statement released today, the government emphasized its preparedness for the ruling and its commitment to maintaining essential services for the people of Rivers State.


Governor fubara stated, “We anticipated this judgment and have been proactive in strategizing our financial operations. There is no cause for panic. Our administration is equipped to navigate these challenges while ensuring the welfare of our citizens remains a top priority.”
