The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to publish the details of his assets, urging other high-ranking officials, including Vice President Kashim Shettima, to follow suit. The call is part of SERAP's ongoing campaign to ensure transparency, accountability, and the fight against corruption in Nigeria’s public sector.
SERAP emphasized that publishing the full details of their assets would promote trust and confidence in the leadership of the country. “The Nigerian people have the right to know the assets of their leaders, and it is vital for national progress that these details are made public to enhance accountability.”
