The Nigerian Police Force has announced the arrest of Inspector Mohammed Bulama, who is accused of fatally shooting Abdulmalik Dauda, a 39-year-old resident of Damaturu, Yobe State.
According to the Yobe State Police Command, Inspector Bulama, attached to the Police Mobile Force, 41 Division, was involved in a dispute with Dauda that escalated into a physical altercation.
