Bishop David O. Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church, also known as Winners' Chapel, has sent a congratulatory message to the Executive Governor of Delta State, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as he turned 60.
Gov. Sheriff referred to Bishop Oyedepo as his spiritual father who has always been encouraging him with prayers and wise counsel. The governor appreciated the Bishop for his show of love.
